The founder of Stutesman’s Action Realty Jennifer Stutesman Frese, opened her doors for business in 1992, pledging to make a positive impact on the lives of buyers and sellers. The simple phrase, "Learn from yesterday, live for today and hope for tomorrow." inspired a lifelong philosophy Jennifer Stutesman still follows.
In 2022, Scott Theis partnered with Jennifer, while also becoming the managing broker of Stutesman’s Action Realty’s office in Fort Scott, Kansas. The plan for the partnership is simple: two brokers running the day to day operations of the office, while continuing excellent service and results to buyers and sellers.
Jennifer and Scott have the opportunity to spend time with clients, and to coach agents to new levels of success. Navigating real estate is a skill that you learn from education, the art of excellent listening, and most importantly, building and strengthening relationships of associates, and all who find themselves as buyers & sellers.
Jennifer & Scott understand what it takes to be good, however, they strive for exceptional service helping others.
As Jennifer reflects on her 18 year relationship with the Theis family … the decision of partnering with anyone else was impossible. Scott was the first individual whose goals matched up perfectly from how they look at business, the impact they make on those who work with them, and the manner in which they conduct business. Their agents are family - they look out for each other - respect each other and want to see each one succeed. These 2 business leaders' beliefs align, and most importantly, they love real estate life.
