A lifelong resident of Vernon County, Diane grew up in the Virgil City area and graduated from El Dorado Springs School.
She and her husband, Eddie, have one daughter Nikki and son-in-law Jonathon. They are also blessed with a granddaughter, which they enjoy every given opportunity.
Eddie has been employed with Union Pacific Railroad for 35 years and spends much of his time on the road traveling….for this reason alone, Diane has learned the significance of “Knowing There Is No Place Like Home”.
Dianes’ career in real estate began 19 years ago….she and Eddie have built and/or remodeled several homes over the years and have always taken great pride in their accomplishments.
Diane loves the outdoors and keeping connected with friends and family, whether it be camping, road tripping, spending time with Nikki and her family, or just enjoying time at home. Diane and her family have a special love for their animals….Baby Doll is a 12 yr old Chinese Pug that Diane refers to as “their second child”. Baby lives a very pampered life and is even fortunate enough to attend Doggie Day Care on those days that Diane is very busy with her clients. Lucky (mixed lab), Miley( jack russel mix), Whitie( Heinz 57), and Whiney(black cat) are all wayward souls taken in by the Earll’s and have found their forever home with love and kibbles. It is safe to say, that all pets know how special they truly are.
As a member of the National Association of Realtors and Missouri Realtors, Diane has had the opportunity to serve as Secretary , Vice President, and President for the Five County Board of Realtors. She also received her GRI (Graduated Realtor Institute) in 2008, CRS (Council of Residential Specialists)in 2015, Brokers license in 2015, and SRS (Seller Residential Specialist) in 2016.
Diane also volunteers for Hospice Compassus and in her spare time, enjoys hobbies such as cooking, working outdoors in the yard, and going on road trips.
Diane takes great pride in customer satisfaction and looks forward to assisting each one of her clients with their real estate needs.
