In 2022, Scott Theis joined Jennifer in partnership, bringing his own passion for people and property to the team. As the managing broker of our Fort Scott, Kansas office, Scott works alongside Jennifer to lead day-to-day operations with a shared commitment to excellence, transparency, and results.
