How to make your home more sellable? Here are some of the easiest ways to get your home ready to sell and make it more appealing to buyers.
Pesky Repairs

We all have those items on our list that have needed to be taken care of for weeks, months, and maybe even years. They seem to never get done as a result of a lack of time, money, and/or resources. It happens to all of us.
However, if you are trying to sell your house, a great way to make it more appealing is simply by taking care of these little repairs.
For example, if you have loose tiles in your house, go ahead and fix that up! Easy. Additionally, working on some whacky hinges and stuck drawers is another way to make it more sellable. You may have gotten used to dealing with these minor inconveniences, but a potential buyer is looking for their dream home. Don’t let a drawer track throw your chance of selling away.
Include a Little Extra

One way to make a home more sellable is by including a few appliances in the mix. It might seem a little odd at first, but people love not having to haul appliances around from house to house. Maybe you have been wanting a new fridge anyway, so there you go!
Another way to do extra without leaving something there is by covering all closing costs, accommodating move in/out schedules for the potential buyer and so forth. These are simple but surefire ways to get people a bit more interested in what you have to offer.
Buying a house (and selling) can be a lengthy process, so the easier it is for someone, the better it all works out.
Get a Home Inspection
With a home inspection, you can make sure you don’t get a jump scare by some impending imperfection you had no idea about that could have ruined your chances of selling. Its best to be overprepared than go into this experience ill prepared.
